OKC march sought to send ‘powerful’ message on Black gun rights
The recent turmoil in our country proves that our right to bear arms is the foundation of freedom and people will arm themselves and protect themselves. People that advocate for more gun laws only prevent people who need them most from protecting themselves in times of need. EVERY American knows that.
“I’m here because I believe that every American has the right to bear arms for the defense of their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness,” said Tulsa resident Cody Hartley. “I’m not here today because I think I agree with everyone, but I do think we all agree on one thing in particular, and that is we all should be armed and prepared and free.”
Hartley said it is important to exercise Second Amendment rights because real evil exists.
“Whether that be common criminals, the police — in some cases — or the government itself, all those people need to be kept in check, and a well-armed populace is the best way to do that,” Hartley said.

During a Shutdown do You want to Be the One that Can Not Protect Your family?
Across town at Green Acres Sporting Goods, there was not a long line, but there was a lot of foot traffic coming through the door. Store manager Z. Farhat said multiple cases of bullets are being purchased at a surprising rate.
“I’ve never seen anything like this. I see people have real panic," Farhat said.
Tamatha Higdon, who purchased several cases of ammunition at Green Acres, said she had already been to another gun store that was completely out of bullets earlier in the day.
“I think people are just trying to protect themselves in case they have to stay inside their homes. Just to be safe and take care of their family," Higdon said.
Farhat said the mad rush to purchase ammunition is driven by anxiety over COVID-19. Some businesses are closing and grocery stores are running low or selling out of tissue paper and medical supplies.

This (above) was one of the main reasons that March for Our Guns Was Founded. Why would you try to disarm the inner cities when some of their main problems have been a corruption from a government that tried to target citizens in the inner cities? ANY politician that advocates for taking guns from people in inner cities do not understand inner cities real problems. People in inner cities own guns to protect themselves from government employees like police etc that target certain subsections of our society. Politicians that advocate taking away guns from the inner city have no idea about real issues that people face and why they own guns. It is THAT simple. March for Our Guns is a Civil Rights organization that advocates for gun ownership for all and most importantly for the people that need them most.

One of the things Martin Luther King conveyed in his last speech before his death was that he said: "I might not make it there with you." He was saying that he has no problem if someone took his life for something that he believed in. He is an example of how all people should always stand firm on their RIGHTEOUS beliefs..... no matter how many people try to stop a cause that is based on free speech and righteousness. COLUMBIA FALLS MONTANA YOUTH ARE IN TALKS TO LINK UP WITH YOUTH AROUND THE COUNTRY
The youth movement in Kalispell (set up by Columbia Falls students) is in talks to work with other youth across the country to link up in a national pro-gun effort. Their event is being held in Kalispell on Saturday, April, 14th at Depot Park (In Kalispell).
